However, we cannot guarantee that product colors will display exactly as shown on your device.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email with shipping details.

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Extreme weather conditions and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.
4.4 Receiving Live Plants
When your plants arrive, please unpack them immediately and provide appropriate care. Plants may experience some transit stress, which is normal.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Live Plant Policy
Due to their sensitive nature, all live plants are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to:
- Arborvitae
- Container Plants
- Evergreens
- Ferns & Foliage
- Grasses
- Ground Covers
- Hydrangeas
We guarantee that plants will be shipped in healthy condition but cannot accept returns once delivered.
5.2 Non-Plant Garden Goods
For non-plant items, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
- You have contacted us within the 15-day window to request a return
- You have received a Returns Authorization (RA) number from our customer care team
5.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
- Include your order number and product details
- Wait for instructions and an RA number
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship to the address we provide
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

After we receive and inspect returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
