Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
For all other non-plant Garden Goods, our policy is as follows:
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of you receiving the order.
- Condition: Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our friendly customer care team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and product details.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not ship anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA and order number. Ship your return to the address we provide.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timelines and Methods
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund will be initiated and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
