Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and must not be a perishable or live plant (see exceptions below).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused, unopened item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorization Number and order number. Ship your return to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.
Refund Timelines and Methods
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible:
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund will be initiated and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
