Every plant begins its journey in our carefully maintained nursery where our gardening experts select only the healthiest specimens for shipment. We take great care to ensure your plants arrive in optimal condition, ready to thrive in your garden.

Where do you ship?

Based in Franklin, US, we proudly ship to gardeners worldwide, excluding Asia and select remote areas. We’re committed to bringing nature to your doorstep no matter where you call home.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two convenient shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after shipment.
Free Shipping on orders over $50: Processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after shipment.

How are plants packaged for shipment?

We’ve developed specialized packaging that protects root systems and preserves moisture during transit. Our solutions are protective (preventing damage to delicate roots), breathable (allowing air circulation), and sustainable (using recyclable and biodegradable materials whenever possible).

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your plants’ journey to your garden.

What if extreme weather affects my shipment?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt for any plants that don’t meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?

While we take every precaution, sometimes nature has other plans. If your plants arrive in compromised condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Our customer care team will help resolve the issue promptly.
